Vitaminwater: Shinebright Studio

Challenge

Vitaminwater launched as the drink of choice among New York's style makers. But it lacked a clear role in people's lives outside of this community. Our challenge was to find that purpose and connect with people in a meaningful way.

Solution

We focussed on the true creative trailblazer who works hard to make their ambitions a reality. Based at Brick Lane’s Truman Brewery, ShineBright Studio launched to kickstart creative careers through mentoring and exposure from some of the most current names in the music, fashion and creative industries including Jamal Edwards, Foxes, James Lavelle and Rob Da Bank.

Role: Art Director / Designer

Responsibilities: Led the development of all campaign design elements across digital & physical spaces, working with Anton Burmistrov. Oversaw all social content captured in and around the event.

A celebratory design system

To bring this studio to life a strong creative solution was needed to pull all touch points together, from online and video, to print and the space itself. Taking into consideration Vitamin Water’s strong existing visual identity, we looked to evolve this into an execution that celebrated and inspired while retaining these iconic assets at the heart. The solution was confetti.

Nurturing young British creative talent

The studio hosted a series of exhibitions, showcasing collections centred around art and fashion alongside one off mentoring sessions from industry renowned figures.

The Studio also offered one lucky creative the chance to exhibit their work for the final week, as well as picking another individual to win a place on the School For Creative Start-Up’s nine-month training and support programme.
